DC Testing offers both legal and non-legal paternity DNA testing.
Legal DNA paternity testing is court admissible and you will be provided with a copy of a signed and notarized certificate of the result. Non-legal DNA testing does not produce a legal document and as such may be used only for personal knowledge.
It is not required, but recommended that both the mother and presumptive father present for DNA collection with the child(ren).
